KoFusion on Campus offers quick, affordable meals while upholding its high standards for using the finest quality meats, seafood, and produce. The inspiration behind this quick casual concept was the increasing popularity of Dollar Sushi Sundays and Mondays at its downtown location. Dollar Sushi offers sushi rolls by the piece, giving guests the freedom to taste several different rolls rather than having to commit to a whole roll. Recognizing the demand and inconvenience of transportation from campus to the downtown location, the owners, Janet & Barry Bubin, decided to bring Dollar Sushi to campus.
